Service Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to OminAI ("App"). By using this App, you agree to the terms outlined in this Service Agreement ("Agreement"). This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and Strata Products Worldwide, LLC ("Company").

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and applies to all users who access or use the App.

2. No Account System & No User Data Collection

OminAI does not require users to create accounts or provide personally identifiable information. We do not collect, store, or process any personal user data, ensuring your privacy and security.

3. Permissions

The App may request access to the following device permissions to enable its core functionalities:

• Camera: Allows users to capture photos and videos for sharing within the App. The App does not store or transmit media without user action.
• Microphone: Enables voice recording for interactive features. The App does not record or transmit audio without user consent.
• Photo Library: Grants access to the user's gallery for uploading selected images. The App does not access or modify any media without explicit user approval.

Users can manage these permissions through their device settings at any time.

4. AI-Generated Information

OminAI provides information output through third-party AI large models. AI-generated content is based on machine learning algorithms and external data sources. As such, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated responses.

Users acknowledge that AI-generated content may be inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate in certain contexts. The Company is not responsible for any actions taken based on AI-generated information. Users should independently verify information before making decisions.

5. User Responsibilities

By using OminAI, you agree to the following:

• Not to use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the App's functionalities.
• To comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its affiliates, partners, and service providers disclaim all liability for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from:

• Use or inability to use the App.
• Reliance on AI-generated information.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of transmissions or data.
• Any third-party interactions facilitated by the App.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of California.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-app notifications or other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
